Easy Peasy Banana Bread Recipe
9Today we are reviving zombie bananas! AKA making banana bread. This is the perfect recipe for using up old, over ripe bananas.
Ingredients:
270g flour
200g sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/2 tsp salt
4 small bananas
2 eggs
60g plain yoghurt
110g melted butter
