Meng Whippet WW1 Tank Model Unboxing
33In keeping with our recent WW1 builds we unbox Meng's beautiful Mark A Medium tank - or more commonly known as the Whippet. Meng's offering is considerably cheaper than the comparable recent Takom release but lacks some of the "frills" such as photo etch and posable hatches. Although the Meng offering could be considered no frills - no figures, photo etch, or stowage items are included - the kit engineering is superb and the molding and detail is exquisite. No compromise where it counts in this kit. Meng also has a boxing that contains figures for a marginally higher price so if dioramas are your thing, that may be a great option.
