*PUZZLE SOLUTION: After acquiring the three wheels, place one and only one wheel on a rim in the womens bathroom and use the valve in the mens bathroom to turn it until it's in the right spot. One turn of the valve will move the wheel 45º clockwise or counterclockwise. You can find the correct positions of the wheels on a piece of paper given to you by the red-haired woman. Once the wheel is in the correct position, remove it and move on to the next. Upon moving the third wheel into position, replace the other two wheels to complete the puzzle.
