Make an elephant and put a Spartan in it.

Mount it where you want the Vulcan to be.

Build air units and have them hover over the elephant, I find 3 banshees works ideal.

Build as many Cobras as you want to use for the vulcan, the more the better. Put your remaining 2 spartans in two of them.

Air lift the cobras one at a time as close to the opposite side, from where they will fly from, on the elephant. Try to have the banshees slightly on the other side of the elephant, where the cobras are coming from, so they will delay the pelican.

Select all the Cobras and mount.

Upgrade everything.

Sit back and enjoy.

Be careful against a Chieftan, cause he can pull them away one at a time. Also, fighting too many infantry can be a problem, so use mac and other units to help fight off.
