The enemies don't even try to shoot you during the first wave, so you only have to worry about Snake's health there. After that it's important to quickly take out the guys on the catwalks across the path, luckily the Stun Grenades affect them as well. For the last 2, stay behind the box in the middle, or you'll likely get shot like I did.

I suck with the Blade, but the final wave is very doable with it, just be careful to not press down on the right stick, which will lead to a kill (no dull "side" on a point).

Pick your spots to stop the bleeding if you get hit a lot, like me on the video. It's possible to keep most of your health, but it doesn't really matter since Tengu 2 is a piece of cake. Then again, if you want to be able to take one hit against the RAYs, you need that health from this section. Your main objective is to draw the Tengus' attention away from Snake, allowing him to get hit less and shoot more enemies in the back. Thus, getting melee'd into the ground isn't the worst thing that can happen, it still keeps their attention on you. Prioritize the gunmen and try to stay away from Snake in order to remain separate targets (+ Snake's kick can hurt you pretty badly...)
