After 2 torture sessions with Ocelot,the guard near the cell will run off to the bathroom,and Otacon will show up, He can't break you out,but he does give you some Ketchup. He also gives us a Level 6 PAN Card,and a Handkerchief from Sniper Wolf. Before the guard returns,you can either use the Ketchup on the ground to make it look like you died,or hide under the bed. When the guard comes to investigate,give him a toss and escape. He'll run off back to the bathroom if you don't kill him. When you get your gear back,check for a Bomb and discard it,it's on a timer. You'll find yourself on B1 of the first building,get supplies from B2 while you can if you like. When you're done,head to the nuclear storage building again. Dodge the cameras and mines in the snowfield again on the way. If you head for B2,there's some new doors to open in the gas chamber. One leads to Body Armor,the other the Mine Detector. Head back through Mantis's room,the Caves,and where you fought Sniper Wolf to continue on. Note that if you wear the Handkerchief in the caves,the wolves won't attack you now.
