That Ninja guy has cornered Hal Emmerich,the scientist who may be able to help stop Metal Gear. Seems the Ninja wants to fight Snake. BOSS FIGHT: Cyborg Ninja. Don't equip any weapons for this fight,or he'll use his sword against you and obliterate you. Your fists are the key to this fight. Usually after a combo lands,he'll jump around,and every 3 flips or so he'll try to do a jumping stomp,so watch out. After enough damage,he'll try to hide using stealth camouflage. Just use Thermal Goggles and you'll see him. When he starts walking towards you,when he's close,he'll attempt to warp and do a slow punch. It's slow,but if it hits,you'll feel the pain. When his HP is nearly zero,he'll start freaking out. Hit him with a few FA-MAS rounds and you'll beat him. Could that really have been Gray Fox? Anyway, he'll run off after the fight,and you'll meet Hal,who prefers the nickname Otacon. Otacon was building Metal Gear Rex in order to shoot down missiles,but it turned into a nuclear launcher behind his back. Snake and Otacon will chat for quite a while,but Hal mentions Rex is further north,past the communication towers in a bunker. Turns out Meryl may be in trouble too,time to go find her. Oh,and Hal will give you his Level 4 PAN Card as well.
