Xalamull: Depleted elements can't regenerate, except top 3 rows. If depleted is greater than or equal to 89: trigger screen clear, 69: regenerate.

My personal thoughts on Xalamull: By far the most complex character I have ever made. Let's dive right into the ability.

1. Depleted elements will not regenerate over time except for the top 3 rows, chains still unlink as normal.
2. Overload timer will start even if there are depleted elements and no chains in a column, except for the top 3 rows.
3. Drain debuffs have reversed effects, they'll regenerate Xalamull's tiles instead.
4. If total depleted elements reaches 89 or higher, trigger a slow screen clear, double the elements sent, and become immune to debuffs during the screen clear.
5. If total depleted elements reaches 69 or higher, overload will trigger regenerate instead.
6. Elements sent by the opponent will regenerate upon landing.

With all of this in mind, Xalamull basically becomes a glass cannon, as its ability is one of the most powerful in the game, but is easily stopped or delayed through constant debuffs. Drain will reset some of the tiles needed to deplete, and Lightning and Chain Break will tear apart the stack and make it much harder to maintain. This is one of those avatars with a sharp learning curve, but is incredibly satisfying to pull off once you master it, and I'm really proud of how it came out.
