Metro *2033* {part 13} Is this the hardest part or does it get HARDER??
4This is video part 13 in my Metro 2033 REDUX letsplay and the second attempt at the hardest section of the game I've encountered so far. So we carry straight on from where we left off previously but this time I am refreshed and ready to give it my all. Artyom has to make it across a hell scape of Nazi foot soldiers and flying demon's littering the sky! With the constant threat of a broken gasmask and running out of filters it really is a tricky spot to be in. The Nazi soldiers always seem to spot us eventually and at first it seems the demon's are actually a benefit as they want to kill the enemy humans just as much as they want to kill us! But sadly no.... They take every opportunity to mess up Artyom's day when they grab him and chuck him out into the open while doing some heavy damage in the process! It only takes a shot from the humans in this state and its goodnight Mr Tom for Artyom. In this episode I did my best to remember to use a bigger variety of the specialised equipment I have been picking up throughout the playthrough. So night vision goggles became a must as well as shooting out the large spotlights to give better cover. I love how the enemy will turn on spotlights when your using the night vision goggles in order to blind Artyom and as much as I complain about traps I do like how thoughtfully placed they are. They feel as though a real human wanting to protect there's and their friends lives from the monsters and other enemies that roam this world. Its great stuff!! Will we finally manage to pass what has been the hardest point of the game so far? Will we succeed where I failed last episode...? Find out in todays brand new episode!!
