Metro 2033 is not very far into the future anymore, but when I bought it it was not so close. It's set in Russia, and feels like it should be in the fallout universe, but as far as this episode is concerned it feels like I'm still in the tutorial. I'm totally going to be playing more of this and seeing if it lives up to it's more well known brother. Right now though it's not really got that shine. It keeps holding my hand, and it's sweaty...

I'm playing through my huge backlog of games, and thought I'd dig this one out. I've had it installed for a loooong time, and I've been waiting to get around to it for forever. Now is the time. So I'll play it a bit and see what treasures there are to find.
