1,584METRO AWAKENING is a true, brand new, full length Metro game built from the ground up for VR, it's also Vertigo Games best VR game yet and it might just be VR game of year! Metro Awakening is really that good, it blew past my expectations quickly and maintained an incredible level of quality consistently throughout its 10+ hour long campaign, this will no doubt go down as one of the best VR games ever made, a real turning point for established IP in virtual reality and a seriously beautiful PC VR adventure that brings us back to the golden era of 2016 high end VR releases. Metro Awakening does so many little things that come together to form to an overwhelmingly satisfying finished product, you can wipe the condensation away from your gasmask visor, catch droplets of water as they fall from the pipes overhead, squish the horrible little spider creatures as they crawl all over your body or accidentally set your hands on fire by putting them too close to the flaming barrels. This Metro Awakening PC VR gameplay was captured using the games built in spectator camera on a 4090 VR ready PC setup with a Quest 3 connected via link cable.
