Decided to abandon my Hardcore playthrough due to a save with too little ammo for a boss, and start over on Normal. I also wanted to check the Dolby Atmos sound since I replaced my old sound system. I find the game clunky and unclear at times with long loading screens, so Normal should be better for a first playthrough. I sold this game when it was new due to many irritations but this time around I think I will enjoy it more on this setting. The atmosphere is top notch and I like the survival style of the series, despite issues.
