So, at about 20:15 in Naka's episode 15, he shows how to get the Missile+ Tank here by doing a wall jump during a Speed Boost. I didn't think to do that, but I had "sequence broke" to get Cross Bombs early, so I managed to use that to find a different much tighter way to get it instead. This was just barely doable before the Shinespark's 5-second activation timer expired, and I thought I was misaligned when I pulled it off here, but the game let me have it anyway!
