Here is a walkthrough of me going through Metroid: Other M for the Wii. I am getting a 100% completion which is only in terms of item pickups.

We follow the Deleter into the Bioweapons Research Center, unlocking the Space Jump and Screw Attack on the way. There, Samus learns about what this facility was built for, and eventually sets out for Sector Zero. She encounters the Rhedogian once again, but kills it off for good, and is able to obtain the Seeker Missiles from it. I head on to Sector 2 and save.
