Here, I begin my walkthrough of arguably the most hated--both rightly and wrongly--and possibly the most underrated game in the Metroid series--Metroid: Other M, a game whose focus is on Samus's past more than anything else. As you follow me throughout this walkthrough, I intend to discuss and highlight the good, the bad, and the ugly of this game--why I empathize/sympathize and understand the flak it gets yet simultaneously act as its advocate and assert its deserved place in the Metroid franchise.
