This small video shows the fastest possible method of defeating Queen Metroid's 2nd phase.
Unfortunately it does require luck to force her to use her flamethrower 5 times in a row.
I noticed that you can fire your Seekers during the jump but I did it after the flame attack just to be sure it hit her weakspots.
