A walkthrough of me going through Metroid Prime for Gamecube on Hard Mode. I am getting a 100% completion in both pickups and in logbook completion. Also, I'm using the normal route, no sequence breaking.

I go through more of the third level, completing the Pirate Data portion of the logbook on the way (all that is left to complete is the Creatures section), and then start to fight the Omega Pirate. I also have some tips on how to him in the annotations.
