After acquiring the spider ball and attempting to leave Sanctuary Fortress,Dark Samus appears and blows up the bridge. Now the only way back across is to use the Spider Ball track. We're actually heading back to Torvus Bog for now,we can now reach a new area. Head all the way back to where we got the Gravity Boost and find a Spider Ball track to find a portal. BOSS FIGHT: Power Bomb Guardian. Much like the Spider Guardian,this fight takes place all in Morph Ball form. The plant will spit out Power Bombs at you and release Inglings. The goal is to use the Spider tracks to reach all 4 Bomb slots,each one damages the guardian. It'll die once all 4 are used. A lot easier than the previous boss anyway. Anyway,you'll get Power Bombs for beating it! Now you can finally open yellow doors. Head to the crypt and go back to the light world,then power bomb the two things in here to make a half-pipe. Hit the two bomb slots up top to get the missile expansion in here.
