Continuing through the Pirate Research section of the Space Pirate Homeworld. After opening the path forward,an alarm will sound,and you'll run into a Space Pirate Commando. These are some of the toughest of the lot. In the room with Metroids caged up,you'll have to fix the broken panel to get the lift working,and grab the Energy Cell. Taking it frees the metroids just so you know,but it also lets you get the Missile Expansion in here. You'll find the GF Trooper soon enough. Help him out with the lift. Sadly,it turns out to be a trick by Gandrayda,also under Dark Samus's control. BOSS FIGHT: Gandrayda. Highly agile in her normal form. She'll fire various projectiles at you. She can transform into Rundas,Ghor,a Berserker Lord,bats,and eventually even Samus. Remember how to fight the others,and as for Samus Form,keep jumping and moving to avoid Boost Ball and such. She can also turn invisible as her health drops,so use X-Ray Visor to keep track of her. Defeating her gets you Grapple Voltage,used to siphon or give energy to objects.
