Welcome to part 83 of my Metroid Prime Walkthrough. I'll be starting the majority of my videos from each save point.

--Is it just me, or...is seeing Metroid Prime hang on the ceiling look really freaky xD I mean it looks like a face?
Ok anyways.

Metroid Prime has 3 phases, each time you defeat a phaze, it will run into a new sub chamber.
Metroid Prime's got some really deadly moves. For one, it charges at you and you have to either step really far back or go into morphball through the grooves to escape it's attack. As the scan says, it's also has missiles, bombs, retractor beam and more.

Metroid Prime is weak against certain beams depending on the color.
It really isn't a problem until I get to around the 3rd phase, and then it gets tricky. Even if you escape the ramming move through the groves, the ground shakes and can knock you out of it.

I hate the plasma beam prime has, it does so much damage and makes lava around me cause damage as well xD
You'll also notice that the more damage Prime has sustained, the faster Prime changes between weaknesses.

After defeating Prime, it will fall through to the next floor initiating the next Prime phase.
