On the way out of the Sanctuary, Dark Samus arrives and reminds the bounty hunter the Ing aren't her only problem. With the use of the Spider Ball, the remains of the destroyed bridge are enough for Samus to cross the chasm.

Returning the the empty catacombs of Dark Torvus, Samus finds the final Sub-Guardian and readies for battle!

Sub-Guardian: Power Bomb Guardian
*A Dark Sporb that absorbed the Power Bomb upgrade, there is no way to damage this critter...except for those four Morph Ball Slots. Using the Spider Ball, Samus must ignite those slots, directing an electrical charge to the Sporb. Of course, the Sporb will not appreciate this and so it launches Power Bombs all around the room. In addition, Ingletts spawn to help out the battle. Try to predict the launch of the bombs and wait for the right moment to attack. After crushing the Sporb, the Power Bombs are yours again.
