Time to fight the evil Metroids. The reason they are evil is because you only have 4 missiles (unless you go with a Super Missile as the tenth item), so you need to use the Rinkas (also known as the Cheerios, Red Rings of Death, etc.) to help you refill you missiles. I go through the first two rooms before saving since they are pretty easy.

The first room is very easy since there's only one Metroid. For the second room, I suggest you lure each Metroid to the top of the room and take them out one by one. If you fall down to the bottom, you are probably going to die soon (unless you can freeze a Metroid at the right place to block the others from getting to you).
