Here it is, the battle against Mother Brain. This is pretty easy thanks to you being able to stay at one (in each phase) for the entire battle.

For breaking the glass (first phase), just stay on the platform and freeze the Rinkas right before they hit you (when they are "inside" the arm cannon,, they don't hurt you) and shoot away at the glass. It takes 20 Missiles to destroy it.

Here's the fun part after breaking the glass. You need to hit Mother Brain with 35 Missiles to defeat it. But there's a neat little trick you can do here, as you see what I did. Just jump up to the right side of Mother Brain and turn into Morph Ball in the air. You should land on the floor right next to Mother Brain, allowing you an easy way to dodge her beam attack and let you attack her.

Every three missiles you shoot at her, she will do a beam attack, so be ready for that. And just let the Rinkas come close to you before you destroy them for the refills.

Now for the even more fun part, the escape. The single wall jump is essential to get out of here alive, as it helps me out a lot in the shaft and the rocky area. You need to time your infinite bomb jump right to be able to get over the blockage at the Landing Site. Once you make it, you're home free...or not (story-wise)...
