Metroid: Zero Mission playthrough Part 6
1Both Kraid and Ridley are dead,so time to head down to Tourian next. Here is where Samus will have her first encounter with the Metroid organisms. They cannot be hurt by normal means. However,they have a great weakness to ice,so use the Ice Beam to freeze them in place,and then a few Missiles to finish them off. You'll have to kill a bunch as you pass through these rooms. If they latch onto you,use Morph Ball Bombs to shake 'em off. Eventually,you'll reach Mother Brain's Lair. To get by the barriers,you'll need to use about 7 Missiles on it in a row,but it does regenerate if you don't do it all at once. You'll soon be face to face with Mother Brain herself. You'll have to break her glass container first,so stick to normal Missiles first. Once it's gone,then start using Super Missiles when her eye is open. It can use a shockwave attack once it's barrier is gone,so be careful. To make things easier,freeze those circle projectiles so they stop firing temporarily. Once it's finally defeated,the self-destruct system activates,so time to run! The blocks in the next room will vanish after you step on them,so be quick and time those jumps carefully!Once out in Crateria,make a dash to your Ship on the right,and Samus will escape the planet in the nick of time! Unfortunately,as Samus makes her escape from planet Zebes,her ship is shot down by a group of Space Pirates,forcing her to crash land back on the planet's surface. Now she's forced to go through the Space Pirate Mothership,without her Power Suit,and armed only with a Stun Pistol. Oh boy.
