2Rest of Ridley's Lair. Found several goodies on the way to the boss room. Surprisingly,when you find the boss room,there's nothing there,and you're free to pick up the 3rd and final Unknown Item in the next room,which has an Energy Tank hidden behind it by the way. Try to leave though,and you'll find the door locked,and your old pal will swoop in! BOSS FIGHT: Ridley. Makes the same sounds like he did in Fusion. You know the drill,watch out for his fireballs,and that spiked tail of his. If he grabs you,shoot him quickly to make him release you,or he'll hit you up close with fire. Those Super Missiles really pack a punch here,after 6 and a small barrage of normal missiles,he died in seconds! With both Ridley and Kraid dead,the path to Tourian is now open.As you exit Ridley's lair,head through the collapsed wall on the right,and it'll end up leading to Samus's Screw Attack! Jump and defeat any enemy foolish enough to get close to you! Afterwards,I spent a bit of time exploring Norfair for some upgrades,then headed back to Brinstar. We'll be heading for Tourian next part!
