Dude has infinite health, perfect stealth (guards can't detect him, but shots from the player can still start combat phase) and infinite, fast-firing rockets. Oh and somehow he doesn't leave any trace in your intruders list. This is my 3rd time encountering him, still never shows up in my intruders list. Real action starts at 1:00.
