I spent several days experimenting to keep the frame rate relatively high. I used Reshade to fix the ugly green tint that makes the entire game look horrible, otherwise I wouldn't even try to play it. Hunting Horn feels crazy OP now. I still don't know how to use Long Sword properly. I want to play in Japanese because I hate localization changes, but it's probably too much for me to handle.

Hardware is Ryzen 3700X, GTX1660 Ti. I want to get an RTX 3070 or 3080, but they cost so much and they're sold out everywhere. Emulator is RyujinX, custom build by Seifer Tong on YouTube. His currently has the highest frame rate. 1620p and 60fps mods by MHVuze and theboy181.

When capturing, OBS game capture can't see Reshade, and window capture loses 10-20 FPS. Monitor capture barely affects frame rate. Focus outside of game window, or else OBS can't see the game screen. When installing Reshade, the latest version eats 5-10FPS, so I used 4.8.1. When installing, select OpenGL.
