The soundtrack for MIAA Live 'I3 is currently being worked on in small segments, often becoming soundtracks for other works before being a part of what will become a complete overhaul of NBA Live '96 on the Genesis and Megadrive before turning into a work from scratch.
This track would be used at the end of the Third Quarter, showing you the status of the game 075% of the way in, the impact of this track was influenced by NBA Hangtime's "It's Showtime!" track in the Super Famicom version, making feel rather similar in concept; this is also the theme of Royameadow 'I6: Part II, you might recognise it if you have viewed the Splash Screen for it by this point in time, which worked rather well, for what it's worth.

The original YM2608 version of this track was created by Roya Rockwood and is Copyleft to Royameadow 20I6 to the Present Day.
