1st time ever making chicken curry for the family!!!

Ingredients:

6 Chicken Breasts
Rapeseed Oil
Red,green,yellow peppers
Curry powder
Garam Masala
Turmeric
Corn flour to thicken
2 tablespoons of cream.


Method: Cut chicken in to pieces, gently fry in pot with rapeseed oil, while cooking cut peppers into slices. Add to the chicken. Fill pot with boiling water to just above the chicken and add 2 tablespoons of curry powder. Bring to the boil. Then in a separate cup mix a tablespoon of corn flour into cold water to a paste, add to curry. Add more if required to thicken more. Leave to simmer for 10 mins and then add 2 tablespoons of cream at the end.
