Microsoft & developers Asobo have done wonders reducing the initial size of Flight Simulator 2020 from about 160gb to just over 80 gb on it's Console Edition - but that doesn't include the World Updates that give you all that extra detail in the UK, USA, Europe, Japan & Nordic Regions.
As I show in this video, with those add-on DLC installed, then game on your Xbox Series S, will use just over 100gb of internal drive storage.
