How To Find Enable & Use Active Pause To Freeze Time MS Flight Simulator Xbox S X Screen Shots
As of the time I recorded this video, the "Active Pause" or "Screenshot Mode" or "Freeze Time Mode" doesn't have a key-binding on the Xbox Controller, even though the game mentions the function in the loading screens as you're waiting to play the game.
Active Pause, used in conjunction with the Showcase Camera, allows you to move your viewpoint around, drone-like, to get the angle for the perfect creen-shot.
To enable Microsoft Flight Simulator Active Pause, you'll need to go into the controller settings, search for "Active" and then add the control butting binding of your choice. I went for press RB & LB (the two shoulder buttons) at the same time.
Thanks, Rob.
