Defeating all of the champs in each district before being able to race against booke. And finish it off by getting to 1 mil fast, because i sell the cars and had quite a lot of money.

Even though this game was still good today, i still favor on mc3 a bit more for their list of exciting cars and set of chaotic races. My only gripe is the scrambled progression compare to previous which is easy to prioritize which races you gonna do to progress. The graphics was biggest improvement in the series with the map and the car details compare to mc3(it was still looking good today on the models and the map, the ui however it's not especially ps2 due to not having widescreen support)

So what i can say for the emulation on this game, it was 3.5/5. It currently suffers a minor graphical glitches when you didn't disable msaa with the patch, broken dialogue sound and music that works fine in master build and rpcs3(performance is still slow on that), vinyls is not working in any variation of the xenia build compare to rpcs3(i'm normally fine with that since i'm not really into vinyl customization that much) and random crashes when using dub edition cars with or without the patch.

The reason i'm doing 60fps just a bit late, it's because i'm skeptical at first where should i do it or not. Because i don't want to deal with weird behaviour that ruins the gameplay. And when i actually tested it first time on part 7 of the playthrough, it was actually good experience minus the playthrough on that because it's sucks. The only behaviour that doesn't really bother anyone is the animation on the circles is too fast and that was it.
