To migrate your PC into Parallels Desktop 13:
1) On the Mac, begin the migration process.
2) On the PC, install and run the Parallels Transporter Agent.
3) On the Mac, finish the migration process.
This video will show you all three steps.

If you have a Windows or Linux computer, you can transfer it to a virtual machine and work with it on your Mac side-by-side with your macOS applications. You will get an exact copy of your computer, with all the documents and applications. If you don’t need the documents, you can transfer only the operating system and applications.
