Just some very casual captures from Miguel's first signing for a comic book cover! He did the cover art for the Over the Garden Wall 2017 Special! 🐸🍁🍂 Many thanks to Comic Odyssey (BGC) for hosting a signing event for Miguel!

Miguel had me accompany him for the signing, and it made me immensely happy to witness how his fans are such wonderful people — who appreciate not only his art, but him as a person. A lot of people came and went over the 3-hour duration of the signing event. I had a great time chatting with everyone! And it was just a fantastic feeling being in a crowd that believes in Miguel so much!

(I hope those of you who didn't know about Over the Garden Wall before Miguel's cover will also give the animated mini-series a chance! It might seem childish at first, but it's dark and wonderful just wait for ittttt. It's 10 short episodes, and the whole season is only a couple of hours long in total. It'd be perfect to watch on or before Halloween!)
