Mind Your Language Season 3 but it's just Gladys

Gladys is the tea lady at the school where Mr Brown works at. She is a caring person who cares about others around her.
However, she seems to take quite minor role in this season.
She appeared briefly in episode 1 where she agreed to look after the parrot pet Max and Giovanni got.
In episode 2, she is shown to love the baby Danielle brought in, she agreed to look after him when she's at class and shown to take great care of him, by feeding him milk and changing his diapers, though her actions caused some actions which led to Mr Brown going outside the window to look for him, thinking he crawled out the windows.
She appeared very briefly in episode 5 along with Sid to bring Ms Courtney coffee which she does not need.
In episode 6 she was mentioned. To prevent Mr Brown from being blamed, Sid blamed Gladys and called her pompous though it was Mr Brown who called Ms Courtney pompous.
In episode 7, Mr Brown sold Gladys Ms Courtney's coat by mistake.
In episode 8, she made a lot of cakes for the party Ranjeet and Rehana prepared for Ali.
She criticized Ali saying he do not deserve such an elaborate party when everyone thought he was cheating on Rehana.
She is absent in episodes 3 and 6 though she was mentioned
