Learnt this super advice from Mark Manson. It really does take practice to put stuff out without letting judgement stop you. But it also helps if the purpose behind it is worth it. Worth more than all the negativity you will receive. And I mean it. Till this day I still get people who write "This dude sucks" in my comments.

It affects me mentally of course, I'm not a sociopath. But then I know why I've been doing this for so long and I just continue.
