The minecraft 1.18 prerelease 1 for minecraft java edition just released today. I will show you all the additions, changes and fixes added to this pre release! Now if you open old worlds in 1.18, the biomes will blend at the border of new and old chucks. Furthermore the caves and floating islands world types have been removed. The world types amplified and single biome have been brought back!
