This is a video about why ComputerCraft control of ships with Redstone in Motion causes a lot of issues and a way to get around those issues. Hopefully this will give you the basics to make a flying fortress of doom without as much cursing.

Apologies if the window/taskbar are annoying, I had to record the whole desktop.

Notes:
- If you're experienced with Programmable Rednet Controllers, you may have noticed that I don't use the pulse option on the counter. I found that running the carriage off of the counter pulse, rather than the AND & OR gates caused the Timer/Counter to skip increments.
- Two different colours are output to the PCR that does a pulse to the Autonomous Activator because using two different pulses to activate the same cable colour doesn't seem to work - one or both triggers won't send the pulse.
