Now to the build: rolling is the primary damage inflictor. with burst bow string the passage to damage. it's a sugar rush with shockweb and fire aspect as the damage over time. their respective focus' and void strike to boost them. no room for cool down shot means we need to rely on 3 feathers which means we need to use an armor that has built in cooldown and another cooldown enchantment/acrobat to roll as much as we can. as for healing i'm using health synergy to heal

Encrusted anchor: void strike, dynamo, exploding
Evocation Robe: Cooldown, fire focus, lightning focus health synergy
Sugar rush: Shockweb, burst bow string, void strike, fire aspect.

alternatively for a poison fire lightning build you could use green menace with the same enchants except fire aspect is cooldown shot, 1 feather, 1/2 flaming quivers/iron hide amulet, change cooldown to poison focus.
