This was achieved through hosting a realm with my ex girlfriend and downloading the assets from the world we were hosting that I had applied said mods with on PC, which can also be applied to the game using Android as well.
-To which I then imported into single player. This is surprisingly achieved without any exploits or hacks, but you're required to pay for a subscription for a realm or at least use the trial to enable it once to do that process of enabling the mods. A purchased copy for both console and mobile &/or PC is required. It's recommended to use mobile if you don't have the game purchased on PC as it's a lot cheaper paying for Minecraft bedrock on mobile than it is for the Windows 10 edition. You cannot install these mods without the use of a computer or phone that has the assets downloaded, which you'll then import into the game.
