Minecraft - How To EASILY Make A Ton Of XP And Money During The Movie Live Event!
5EDIT: In the video I say that the chest on the left never reset for us, but I meant the chest on the RIGHT.
I have been playing the Movie Live Event with my son, and we have found a way to easily farm out XP and money to upgrade your items in the Mines area! In order to do this, head to the Mines by either using your map, or by talking to the NPC that will take you there.
Once in the Mines, make a left and go past the first sign. When forced to go left or right, take a left and head towards the lava. Jump across the lava and follow the path up and to the left. Eventually you will find another sign, and when you do, make a hard left and follow the path past another sign. Right after the next sign, make a right and follow the narrow path. At the end, turn right, and this is where you will find 3 enemy spawners, 5 chests, and also the secret Cactus Ball item!
Kill any enemies in the area, and then destroy the spawners so you have time to collect the loot from the treasures without being harassed by mobs. Once you have collected all of the loot you want from the chests, leave the area the same way you came. In the narrow hall leading to this area, head back all the way to the wall at the end, turn around, and head back to the chests/spawners. The spawners and chests will reset, allowing you to collect treasure from them again! Note: For some reason, the chest and spawner on the right never seemed to reset for us.
Keep repeating this process, taking any loot you want from the chests. MAKE SURE to grab a minecart to make getting back SUPER simple. Once you have done this a bit, the chests/spawners will not reset anymore. When this happens, just grab the last of the loot from the chests you didn't take, and then use your minecart on the rails nearby to be taken directly back to the entrance where your loot will be turned in for XP and money!
Now, you can leave the Mines and then return. Go back to Level 1 and keep repeating this process until you have as much money and XP as you want! We hope this helps people level up and upgrade their items quickly!
