In order to unlock the RoboShark achievement, you must get eaten by a shark in the Emergence level. Either beat the first level in Episode 1 to get to Emergence, or choose it from the Main Menu and choosing Episode 1, level 2.

From the start of the level, simply walk forward and go through the doors once they open. Now just jump into the water away from all the boats and lanterns and swim around for a bit. Eventually, the shark will show up and eat you, unlocking the achievement!

I don't know if you have to be in a certain place for this to work, but if you follow the video, I was eaten by the shark twice in the area shown. My fist video had issues, so I had to record it again. This is why the achievement is not shown unlocking after the shark eats me.
