Our first adventure in the new game took us into a nearby cave which turned out far deeper than we thought.
We found lots of materials to help our new settlement like coal, iron and gold but diamonds eluded us throughout the cave.
Halfway through the cave we got split up but we continued to explore and decided to find each other later.
Near the bottom of the cave was an area full of spiders and after battling through them we found a spider spawner. With the spiders and the spawner dispatched we collected some treasure and made our way home.
Walking back through the cave we had a scary encounter with an enderman. We was full of valuable items and hungry so we didn't want to risk wasting our adventure by fighting it. By looking straight down at the floor, it eventually walked pass all of us and afterwards we continued home.
