Substantial Pack is one of many more datapacks to come, it contains commands that resemble those of the essentials bukkit plugin (/spawn /sethome /home /tp_request /tp_accept etc..)

This vanilla "plugin" will be part of the CubePlugins datapack series, the next plugin will probably be an attempt at recreating WorldEdit most basic functionalities, stay tuned for more and thanks for your time!
