Colorcoding in this build:

Obsidian: Numpad Button Panel
Lapiz: Button panel signal length distributer
Purple: Redcoder that decodes the signal length.
White: Read the input from the Redcoder
Emerald: Signal that toggles that allow the RS nor latch array to receive input for a brief second.
Orange: Reset signal that will clears all the latches in the array.
Lime Green: Resets all the latches as well is also hooked up to the white circuit which when a correct number is input will stop the reset signal.
Magenta: RSnor latch array
Diamond: Overrides double input from the white circuit.
Cyan: Final latch with T flipflop
Black: Gives an output when correct PIN has been entered.
