Feed The Beast consists of great minds working on compiling a list of compelling/complex mods and packaging them up with ease, just for use with Minecraft.
The Feed the Beast Mod Packs offer a plethora of mods that will keep you wanting to come back for more; in this Feed the Beast Tutorial, I'll show you how to download and install the FTB core and show you what kinds of different mod packs are available. I'll also go through many of the features and options of the Feed The Beast setup process, while going through many of the features and options available in the program itself.

The Feed The Beast comes with many great mods and you can pick and choose what mods you can play with. The best part about this is that Feed The Beast is online compatible and current with Minecraft versions. So unlike something like Tekkit, you'll be playing the more current versions of minecraft.
