I know that it might be hard to believe, but there is actually an action/platform mini version of ID Software´s cult classic FPS game "Doom 1". And it´s called "MiniDoom" (the game is made by a Spanish indie games studio called Calavera Studio). And what can I say? The game is freaking awesome!
