Makes half the pollution of a setup with miners filled with Efficiency 1 modules (no beacons) due to half the number of miners used, while having exactly the same output. Makes 10x less pollution than miners without modules and 31x less than with speed 3 modules.

Nevertheless it holds no other benefit, it needs a lot of power due to the amount of beacons used and therefore you should have solar or nuclear power production to have less pollution overall as well. It's recommended use is only in very late game for distant outposts from your main base, that you want them to have minimal pollution while not caring about expenses or power usage any more.
