World 3 gets finished pretty easily.. and world 4 goes somewhat ok.
Things kinda go a little pear shaped in World 5 though. My rust starts to take center stage in more than a few places, and somewhat useful powerup start to run pretty low on both Mario and Luigi. P-Wings are nice.. but I'd rather a mushroom or a leaf, given the theme of World 5. Regardless, the world gets finished.

And for some more thoughts on the All-Stars version of the game, I LOVE the graphical update. The only thing I miss, and this might sound strange to some, are the 8-bit sound effects. The 16-bit 'updated' sounds just feel weaker to me, and not nearly as memorable.. but eh.
