0Update: Mint Mobile customer service so awesome. I've been given a full refund.
I bought the three month plan and after one week of service I’ve decided and business with them. The customer support care is excellent but this service itself is really bad for me. I moved around from state to state into service constantly. when I do have service people have trouble hearing me or drop calls. are use my phone for work and it’s not working out for me so I have to end using this service indefinitely.
